Wrapping web press idler rollers with perforated material has proven to be the only viable solution to eliminate web marking, wrinkling and tracking problems.  Orion bonds PTFE to the "rough" surface of the grater wrap, which allows newsprint to be printed on both sides simultaneously.  Orion coats grater wrap in lengths up to 1,000 feet.
