As a DuPont coatings/applicator, Orion Industries is dedicated to enhancing the performance capabilities of our customers' products. Our coating processes increase the value of automotive parts, PTFE coated medical components, consumer goods and many other products by creating functional surfaces that eliminate problems. Orion Industries is one of the country's largest coating applicators, an ISO 9000:2001 registered, licensed applicator of Teflon® coatings. Orion is also a Xylan® coatings applicator, Emralon® coatings applicator, Halar® coatings applicator, FEP coatings applicator, PFA coatings applicator, fluoropolymer coatings applicator, and more than 500 other proven functional coatings. Orion's FluoroBond® LSR, low friction coating for silicone, is designed to reduce the coeffiecient of friction (COF) of molded silicone rubber. The FluoroBond® LSR silicone coated rubber is a chemical bond and not a physical bond like  parylene thus more robust.
