As a DuPont coatings/applicator, Orion Industries is dedicated to enhancing the performance capabilities of our customer's products. Our coating processes increase the value of automotive parts, teflon medical components, consumer goods and many other products by creating functional surfaces that eliminate problems. Orion Industries is one of the countries largest coating applicators, an ISO 9000:2001 registered, licensed applicator of Teflon®. Orion is also a Xylan® coatings/applicator, Emralon® coatings/applicator, Halar® coatings/applicator, FEP coatings/applicator, PFA coatings/applicator, fluoropolymer coatings/applicator, and more than 500 other proven functional coatings. Orion's FluoroBond® LSR, low friction coating for silicone, is designed to reduce the coeffiecient of friction (COF) of molded silicone rubber. The FluoroBond® LSR silicone coated rubber is a chemical bond and not a physical bond like  parylene thus more robust.
