For decades the unique properties of Teflon® PTFE coatings created specialized filtration devices out of common metal screen and filter cloth. Orion has perfected techniques to apply Teflon® PTFE coatings to wire mesh cloth as small as 820 x 820 microns with no "bridging" between the mesh of the cloth or screen. For circular hole filtration devices, Orion has capabilities to PTFE coat holes as small as .002 " in diameter with no "bridging" of the coating over the holes.
