For decades the unique properties of PTFE created specialized filtration devices out of common metal screen and filter cloth. Orion has perfected techniques to apply PTFE coatings to wire mesh cloth as small as 820 x 820 with no "bridging" between the mesh of the cloth or screen. For circular hole filtration devices, Orion has capabilities to PTFE coat holes as small as .002 " in diameter with no "bridging" of the coating over the holes.
