Orion Industries have the ability to process complex wire form products with high release Teflon®, Xylan® or Chemlon® coatings. We also have the ability to create non stick coatings for your specific application. For the hot dog roller industry, we have created a line of coatings giving not only ease of clean characteristics, but also added "grip" to enhance product rollability.

The most durable cookware and bakeware coatings are needed in prisons and the military installations. This severe duty requires reinforced coatings and Orion has perfected the application with special emphasis on metal preparation and rigid adherence to multi-coat, PTFE / PFA application requirements. Orion has been awarded multi-year contracts to provide this ultra-duty applied coatings because we do what we commit to providing.
