As a DuPont Teflon® Industrial coatings applicator, Orion Industries is dedicated to enhancing the performance capabilities of our customers' products. Our coating processes use Whitford Xylan® coatings, PEEK coatings, Emralon® coatings, Molykote® coatings, PlastiGlideTM, ZincGlideTM and dry film lubricants to increase the value of automotive parts, PTFE coated medical components, consumer goods, and Teflon® Non-Stick coated glass products and many other products by creating functional surfaces that eliminate problems. Orion also offers a family of DB L-908 coatings, which are conformable coatings for the Automotive, Industrial, and Marine industries to maximize efficiencies on rotary air moving devices. Orion Industries is one of the country's largest Teflon® coating applicators, is ISO 9001:2008 registered, licensed applicator of Teflon® Industrial Coatings. Orion applies Halar®, FEP coatings, PFA, ETFE, fluoropolymer coatings, and more than 500 other proven functional coatings. Orion's FluoroBond® LSR, low friction coating for silicone, is designed to reduce the coefficient of friction (COF) of molded silicone rubber. The FluoroBond® LSR silicone coated silicone is a chemical bond and not a physical bond like parylene thus more robust.
