- We coat cut lengths of wire up to 120 inches long (305 cm) and can extend that length if necessary.. We can process coiled guide wire lengths, without mandrels, up to 260 inches long (660 cm). - Yes, we offer special low cure PTFE and FEP coatings that will not affect the mechanical properties of Nitinol. We can coat Nitinol in either cut length or continuous, reel to reel.
