More than 70 staff members focus on consistent quality and exceptional customer service as your products move from incoming quality inspection to coating to final inspection and shipping. Our team leaders maintain efficient production schedules that enable employees to expertly implement processes. Our real time bar coding tracking system aids both production and scheduling with available data. In addition, all employees receive cross training and educational opportunities to help them prosper in the company which contributes to a very stable and well educated work force. Orion implemented a Gainsharing program, which, on average, results in an extra paycheck per month, for each staff member. This Gainsharing program includes several measurable parameters, with quality being the primary focus.
