- Halar® ECTFE
- Hyflon®
- Polymist®

Halar® ECTFE, a copolymer of ethylene and chlorotrifluoroethylene, can bring advantages to the end user when compared to other fluoropolymers. It is a very versatile polymer, available in all forms to meet processing needs. Halar® ECTFE offers excellent resistance to abrasion, harsh chemicals, and permeation. For those applications exceeding the capabilities of PVDF, Halar® ECTFE can be evaluated before resorting to a fully fluorinated polymer, offering a compromise between the mechanical properties of a partially fluorinated plastic like PVDF and the chemical and thermal resistance which is typical of totally fluorinated polymers.
Polymist® F510 is a micronized PTFE additive designed to enhance the wear resistance and surface lubricity of melt processable engineering and high performance polymers. A Polymist® F510 loading of 5% - 20% will typically reduce a polymer's wear factor by many orders of magnitude. Polymist® F510 is a free flowing, easily dispersed powder and has performed well in a variety of extrusion feeding devices. It has a high degree of thermal stability, is non-hydroscopic and can be used over a wide temperature range from -190° C to +250° C.
Hyflon® PFA / MFA (fully fluorinated fluoropolymers) are available in pellet, powder, and aqueous dispersion forms for coating applications where anti-corrosion, anti-stick, and superior temperature and chemical resistance are required. Industries relying on Hyflon® include chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, pulp and paper, semiconductors, and cookware.
