VICOTE® Coatings, powder and liquid dispersions, based on VICTREX® PEEK polymer offer exceptional scratch and wear resistance, high temperature performance, strength and durability.

The main ingredient of VICOTE Coatings is VICTREX® PEEK polymer, a linear, aromatic, semi-crystalline thermoplastic, widely regarded as one of the highest performing thermoplastic materials in the world. It offers a unique combination of properties to help processors and end-users reach new levels of cost savings, performance, and product differentiation.

VICOTE Coatings have excellent substrate adhesion, eliminating the need for a primer during the coating process. The primer-free process, plus the ability to achieve very thin coatings, contributes to reduced system costs.

VICOTE Coatings can be used as a stand-alone material or as complimentary to other coatings such as fluoropolymers. Many businesses have experienced the value of VICOTE Coatings in applications such as needle roller bearings, rice cookers, industrial and food processing belts, textile manufacturing rollers, and molds.

VICOTE Coatings are available as the 700 Series powders and 800 Series liquid dispersions. Electrostatic Dissipative (ESD) and F-Grades of the 800 Series liquid dispersions are available to give coaters more control over substrate activity and coating results.
